The Ghost Catcher Story

Sanju carried it around everywhere he went. “You can never tell when someone will need a shave or a haircut,” he would tell his wife, “one day I’ll save enough money and open my own hair-cutting salon.”

Sanju left home early one morning carrying a little box. He nodded off behind a shady tree at lunch.

That tree unfortunately housed a ghost. Lunch came around, and the ghost was hungry. Seeing Sanju under such that particular tree delighted us. The ghost leaped down, flung his hands widely, and delightedly sung and danced.

The ghost of the tree is me.
stuff, good stuff for my tummy

The ghost lacked clarity. This man appeared to be quite fearless.

Sanju pointed the ghost his box and added, “I already have one in the box that wants company. I’ll get you right into my kitty. You are going to join him.

“I don’t believe you. Screamed the ghost, “You are a liar.”

Sanju continued, “Let me show you the ghost I have in the box,” then removed a mirror and held it up. To find another ghost there startled the ghost. It was not aware it was reflecting itself!

Offering Sanju a bag of gold coins, the spirit asked to be released go.

Sanju carried the gold coin bag home.

Having him return pleased his wife.

Sanju started his hair-cutting service the next day with high seats and life size mirrors!

Moral: Courage and cleverness can turn challenges into opportunities. Sometimes, facing fears with wisdom reveals unexpected rewards.
