This is the very short story for children. Long ago, people happily lived under the rule of a king. The people were very happy as they had a very prosperous life.
The king decided to go on a travel to visit the places of historical importance and pilgrim centers.
He decided to travel on foot to interact with his people. After several weeks, he returned to the palace. He had intolerable pain in his feet as it was his first trip on foot to a longer distance.
He complained to his minister that the road was not comfortable and was very stony. He could not tolerate the pain as he walked all the way through the rough path.
He ordered to make the road with leather. The ministers were disturbed with his order as they had to Kill all cows.
So they decided to make a piece for the king’s feet. This is what we call now shoes.
