This is the farmer and the stork story for kids. There was a village named Gautam Nagar. A farmer lived there. He had a vast farm in which every year the crop also grew well. The farmer had a problem that every time, birds used to come to his field and eat grains.
The farmer’s wife told the farmer that he should put a bird’s net in his field so that the bird will get trapped in the net, and there will be no damage to our crop.
The farmer followed her wife’s advice and did the same, and he has set up a trap to catch the bird in his field.

The next day when a farmer returned to his farm, he saw many birds inside the trap. One of those birds was also a Stork. This stork is different from other birds and was able to communicate with a farmer.
Stork said to the farmer, Ohh! Kind man, “Leave me; I did not come to your farm to harm your crops. Other birds are my friends, and the first time I joined them.
I am a decent bird and belong to a good family. Please leave me, “I will be grateful to you.”
The farmer replied that I saw you with the same birds who wanted to ruin my crops. I can not get you to go.
